Vermont Health Care Innovation Project Announces New Website
Montpelier, VT – The Vermont Health Care Innovation Project (VHCIP) has launched a new website to provide visitors access to VHCIP calendars, events and meeting materials, as well as with helpful links and resources.
A private-public partnership, VHCIP is funded by a $45 million grant awarded in 2013 by the federal Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation (CMMI). The State Innovation Model (SIM) grant provides funds and other resources to support health care payment and delivery system reforms aimed at improving care, improving the health of the population, and reducing per capita health care costs, by 2017.
