What is “population health”? The answer is more complicated than it seems – this term evokes different definitions from different groups, including health care providers, health insurers, policymakers, and the public health community. During this 1-hour webinar, attendees will review broad definitions of health and population health. Attendees will also discuss models for determinants of health that look beyond health care – to factors including behavioral patterns, social circumstances, environment, and genetics – and examples of strategies to improve population health.
