VHCIP Webinar: Vermont's Year 2 Medicaid and Commercial ACO Shared Savings Program Results

Vermont’s Medicaid and commercial ACO Shared Savings Programs (SSPs), launched in 2014, are a key component of our state’s State Innovation Models grant and larger state health reform efforts. Since the end of the second SSP program year in December of 2015, the State, payers, and evaluators have been working to assess the model’s performance in Year 2, and to develop conclusions about the program’s performance across the first two years.
