The Data Visualization Project will augment the VHCIP evaluation findings Learning Dissemination Plan with interactive tools and visual briefs to help a variety of audiences understand the impact of the Vermont Health Care Innovation Project efforts. Tools developed will include data rich visual report decks tailored to key audiences to provide the big data stories relevant to each group, exploratory dashboards for the public to explore key data sets, and infographics on key themes and learnings in the data.
