Vermont’s Medicaid and commercial ACO Shared Savings Programs (SSPs) are a key component of our state’s State Innovation Models grant and larger state health reform efforts. But Vermont isn’t the only state pursuing programs like these – Vermont’s SSPs are part of a national movement toward ACOs and other provider-organized models as a locus for payment and delivery system reform across Medicare, Medicaid, and private payers. During this 1-hour webinar, participants will be gain deeper knowledge of ACO activity – especially Medicaid-led ACO activity – across the country, and will hear from the Department of Vermont Health Access (DVHA) about our state’s Medicaid SSP.
