Due to the impending snow storm, we are changing the submission requirements for the Grant Program Applications. Applications submitted in electronic .pdf format to Georgia.maheras@state.vt.us by 2pm on Friday, February 14th will fulfill the submission requirements. There is no longer a requirement to submit Applications by hard copy.
