Integrating mental health and substance abuse services with physical health care is critical to ensuring our health care system provides coordinated, whole-person care. During this 1-hour webinar, participants will learn about mental health and substance abuse integration strategies being implemented in states around the nation, and will hear from CVMC’s Screening in the Medical Home project (funded by a VHCIP sub-grant).
