During this 1-hour webinar, participants will receive an overview of program performance for the Medicaid and commercial shared savings program in Year 2, including impacts on cost, quality, consumer experience, and sub-populations.

Attendees will also discuss models for determinants of health that look beyond health care – to factors including behavioral patterns, social circumstances, environment, and genetics – and examples of strategies to improve population health.
