Payment Model Design and Implementation is a key focus area of the Vermont Health Care Innovation Project (VHCIP), Vermont’s three-year, $45 million State Innovation Models (SIM) grant from the federal Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Innovation. But what does payment reform really mean, and what will it look like for Vermonters and their health care providers?
